How do I access the dashboard?
After signing in, select a hotel brand from the Home page or use the navigation menu to open Dashboards and choose Overview, Staff, Room, or Restaurants.
How do I filter data by country or hotel?
Use the Filter button in the top bar on any analytics page. You can filter by date range, country, region, and other dimensions. Filters apply across the current dashboard.
What does the heatmap show?
The heatmap compares performance metrics across countries and hotels. Green indicates higher scores and red indicates lower scores relative to other rows. Use the Outlier Focus slider to emphasise top or bottom performers.
How do I request access or report a problem?
